yes, its true! Tavan has learned to sit up....we havent mastered it yet, but Ricky and I give it a day or too! I am so thrilled that Tavan can now sit up! He makes me so proud! love ya Tavan!

Tavan also has yet again...........another double ear infection...GRRRR i rushed him to the pediatrician while i was in vernal (he acted fine at home, at lunch with my mom, but once i got to vernal he started crying and continued the whole time) On Monday i will be calling the E.N.T because we have an option from our pediatrican...either we can try preventative drugs daily or just go straight to tubes now....so i want to call the ENT to get his opinion if we should even try the preventative drugs or just go straight to tubes (which i think is what i think i want to do). While we were at the pediatricians Tavan got 2 shots of some extra strength antibiotics so that by morning time he would be feeling much better...which worked...and Tavan has been a little fussy today but much better than i expected. I will let ya know what Dr. Huffaker says after i talk to him and let ya know what happens!

so we may be just a little tiny bit bias but.....Tavan is the cutest kid we have ever seen! Everyone is always commenting on how "Handsome" and "gorgeous" he is....so we cant help but feel that he is one of the cutest kids out there.....lets be honest....if the baby is just "cute" then people say "what a cute baby".....but we ALWAYS get the handsome, gorgeous, precious and angelic looking baby. we feel pretty special..... Tavan you are a cutie and we love you!!! (sorry the pic is sideways but he still is just as cute)

also Tavan has been doing AWESOME with working on sitting up....he still has a very round bottom but i personally give it a week and he will have it mastered! I will post his pictures later

Tavan when on his first camping trip! it was very windy and the mosquitoes were EVERYWHERE!! we pretty much drenched ourselves in bug spray and they still were all over us! but in-spite of the mosquitoes and crazy wind...Tavan was a happy camper

Thanks to a family friend (with a boy who is about a year older than Tavan) Tavan got his first car for free! hahaha on his first drive he hung to the steering wheel the whole time it was so cute! Tavan can now go cruisin' for chicks!

do you ever have those days where you feel like you look like this???

well i do.... not that i ever look this bad but i do have my "frump days". I feel like i dont really have my own style. lately i have been trying to find outfits that are cute and feminine because most days i do not cute at all. i have tried to pick things that are not something that i would normally pick because i feel like if i do i will never get out of this rut....i want to slim down my wardrobe and get pieces that i can mix and match to make adorable outfits, and not be afraid to splurge on items that will be very beneficial to my wardrobe. i pretty excited to do some serious shopping!!! and find outfits that are fun and fearless!!!!

i think this video is so cute! i know he is just jabbering on but now when he talks it sounds like he says "Dada" its so cute...and i think ricky likes it too...i just have to remind him that Tavan is just telling stories and not talking to him....

Amoxicillin

Yes my friends, its true...Tavan is on this antibiotic for yet again another ear infection (5th to be exact). Its not that i want to complain...i really do not mind giving him medicine if it helps him feel better in-fact i wouldnt mind if i had to give it to him every half hour....i just cant help but wonder when his body will no longer respond to it.....and if he is ever going to be able to a month without it.....Ricky and I are stumped as to why he gets so many...we sit him up to eat, no water in ears WHATSOEVER!! we try not to lay him down for awhile right after he eats and if we do its only for a diaper change....grrr oh well i guess we should be thankful they make this stuff to help him feel better. we love our little munchkin!
