Toothbrush and Dr. Pepper

Tavans new favorite toy is his toothbrush. He loves it so much that he sleeps with it, eats with it, chews on it, and won't let us have it! Its pretty funny

apparently my need for Dr. pepper while pregnant got Tavan hooked also!.. he clung to my cup for dear life!

Tavan is starting to sprout some teeth!!! He is 5 months today and he has a weight checkup on wed.!

On Saturday while we were in junction we treated ourselves to some yummy Italian food!!! while we were eating Tavan was being sooOOO good and kept his eyes on our food the entire time...so i figured he could taste the deliciousness that is olive garden so he got one of my noodles with some alfredo sauce on it....and well...HE LOVED IT.... when i took it away after he had a taste he got mad at me...it took some serious convincing for him to take his binky again and he kept a pretty close eye on his noddle...and when the waiter took my plate away Tavan stuck out the pouty lip...HAHHAHA Ricky and I are glad that he enjoys Olive Garden like we do!!!

*note the silverware is placed at 4o'clock to signal to the waiter that i am done! hahaha my dad would be so proud....manners night rules are stuck in my head! and now Ricky knows them as well!

EASTER

Even though Tavan is a little small the easter bunny still found his house! We went to Grand Junction on Friday and went shopping and spent the day together ( i thought this was easter...but the easter bunny had other plans) It was great! On Saturday we spent the day in Dinosaur with my mom making the chocolate marshmallow eggs that are tradition Tavan enjoyed it. On Sunday we slept in and woke up later than normal and Tavan got his easter! Later that night,before ricky went to work, I got a gift from the easter bunny. i got a beautiful ring that i love! it is so pretty. Thanks hun! not that Tavan knew what was going on but i'm sure he enjoyed his first easter! today Tavan is weighing 12lbs and 6 ounces!!! he now weighs more than his cousin that is a month younger than he is....I am excited to see what Dr. Kwak says on the 14th at his weight checkup. i think my little one is doing awesome! Yes Tavan is a little young for chocolate....but we had to give him a few licks...he didn't seem to mind it and he didnt have any belly aches after....thats my boy!!!
